1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use establish the legal framework between you and qaretholinux (operating from Education Dr, Mandurah WA 6210, Australia). When you create an account, access our learning materials, or use our expense categorization tools, you're accepting these terms in full.

If you're accessing qaretholinux on behalf of a company or organization, you're confirming that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. We update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2 User Accounts and Responsibilities

3 Educational Services and Content

Our learning programs focus on financial literacy and expense management skills. Course enrollment for our autumn 2025 program begins in June 2025, with classes starting September 2025. While we design our educational content to be practical and valuable, we don't guarantee specific financial outcomes or business results.

All course materials, videos, worksheets, and documentation remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access these materials for your own learning. Sharing login credentials or distributing course content violates these terms and may result in account termination.

4 Platform Usage Guidelines

Our expense categorization platform helps you organize financial information. You're responsible for the accuracy of data you input and for maintaining appropriate backups of your financial records.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Using automated tools to scrape or download content without permission
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Impersonating other users or qaretholinux staff members
• Using the platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our source code

We monitor platform usage to maintain security and service quality. Activities that compromise platform stability or security will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

Everything you see on qaretholinux—from our categorization algorithms to our course content—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The qaretholinux name, logo, and all related graphics are our trademarks.

You can use our platform and learn from our materials, but you can't copy our content for commercial purposes, redistribute our educational materials, or use our branding without written permission. Screenshots or excerpts for personal reference are fine. Selling our course content or claiming it as your own isn't.

6 Payment Terms and Refunds

Course fees and subscription charges are clearly displayed before you complete enrollment or purchase. All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment providers.

Refund Policy

For educational programs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this period, or if you've accessed substantial course materials, refunds are provided at our discretion based on individual circumstances.

Monthly platform subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but we don't provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

7 Data Privacy and Security

We take your financial data seriously. Our platform uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely immune to security risks.

You're responsible for the financial data you upload to our platform. We don't share your personal expense information with third parties except as required by law or as specified in our Privacy Policy. We collect usage data to improve our services and may use anonymized data for research and development.

8 Limitation of Liability

We provide our platform and educational services "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to maintain reliable service, we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

qaretholinux isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability limitations, so these restrictions might not apply to you. Australian Consumer Law provides certain guarantees that cannot be excluded.

9 Service Modifications and Termination

We regularly update our platform to add features and improve functionality. Sometimes we need to modify or discontinue certain features. We'll notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the platform.

You can close your account anytime through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for business reasons with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you'll lose access to your account and any associated data. We recommend exporting your expense data regularly.

10 Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, let's talk about it first. Contact us at help@qaretholinux.pro and we'll work to resolve the issue. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.

For disputes we can't resolve informally, Australian law governs these terms and any related disputes. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in Western Australia. Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt mediation.

11 Third-Party Services and Links

Our platform integrates with third-party services for payment processing, data analysis, and other functionality. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for how third-party services operate or handle your information.

Educational content may reference or link to external resources. These links are provided for convenience and don't imply endorsement. We don't control external websites and aren't liable for their content or practices.

12 General Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and qaretholinux regarding platform usage. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right. You can't transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor without restriction.
